- Strict Analysis of MGO
Our MGO analysis for Manuka honey is conducted by the renowned ALS Food and Environmental NZ., which is accredited by New Zealand’s Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). Each honey lot is thoroughly tested according to government-mandated methods. To further improve accuracy, we have discontinued the commonly used comprehensive sample testing method and are now conducting individual tests on each batch.

TCN Manuka Honey is harvested in remote mountainous regions, far from farmland, pastures, residential areas, and paved roads. Since the flight range of bees is approximately 2 kilometers, there is absolutely no risk of pesticide contamination from agricultural areas located dozens of kilometers away.
In addition, as of January 21, 2021, residue testing by government-approved institutions in New Zealand has been made mandatory, and only honey containing less than 0.05 ppm of glyphosate is permitted for export. We only sell products that have passed these strict tests, so you can enjoy our honey with complete peace of mind.

The products provided by TCN are sourced and manufactured by reliable beekeepers under the management of TCN’s Manuka honey research and extraction sites in New Zealand. These products are traceable from the production stage through to the final consumption stage.

Due to the recent boom in Manuka honey, there are now more products claiming to be Manuka honey on the market than ever before. In reality, many products with varying qualities are circulating, as they are sourced through convenient distribution channels.
Can the displayed labes be trusted?
The only way to conclusively address this concern is to “conduct your own testing.”
For your reassurance, we provide special guidance on how you can perform testing equivalent to that of professional labs on your own Manuka honey using our final inspection method. Additionally, the testing facility we use is the New Zealand government-accredited “ALS Food and Environmental NZ.”
